At Eigen Engines, we aim to supply high quality BMW engines and parts with reliable service and accurate product descriptions. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

30 Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition as received
The engine or part must not be installed, disassembled, or modified
All original components must be included

A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

Customers are responsible for original shipping costs and return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Non Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

Installed or disassembled engines or parts
Modified or tampered components
Items damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse

Warranty Coverage

Our warranty is separate from the return policy.

If an engine or transmission develops a fault caused by an internal defect within the warranty period, it will be handled under our Warranty Policy. In such cases, we may offer repair, replacement, or another suitable solution.

The warranty does not replace or extend the 30 day return period.
